We always aim to get your shop to you exactly as you've ordered it. On the odd occasion this doesn't happen we try to match anything that's out of stock with the closest item possible.
We will send you an email asking if you agree with the substitutes we have selected. If you reject our proposal, the item will be declared 'unavailable'.
